Tidybase is being built for Australian residential cleaning operators. This page is currently a waitlist — it has one form, and this notice covers everything we collect through it.
What we collect
When you fill out the waitlist form, you give us:
- Your email address.
- Your Australian mobile number.
- Your state or territory.
- Your business or trading name, if you choose to provide one (optional).
We also record the campaign source you arrived from (e.g. utm_source, utm_medium,
utm_campaign in the URL), so we know which ad or post brought you here.
Why we collect it
One reason: to send you a single note when we open for sign-ups in your state. After that note, we go silent unless you reply. We don't run drip campaigns, newsletters, or sales sequences from this list.
Where it's stored
Submissions are passed to a private Google Sheet we (Tidybase) control. The connection from the website to that sheet is encrypted (HTTPS). Only the founder has access to the sheet.
Analytics & advertising
We use Google Analytics 4 (through Google Tag Manager) to understand which pages people read and which marketing campaigns bring waitlist signups. We also use the Meta Pixel (Facebook / Instagram) for the same reason on our paid social campaigns. These tools set first-party and third-party cookies in your browser.
What gets sent to Google and Meta from your visit: page views, scrolls, the fact that you clicked or submitted the form, the Australian state you picked, and whether you provided a business name. Your email address, phone number, and business name itself are never sent to Google or Meta from this page — they go only into our Google Sheet.
You can opt out of Google Analytics across the web by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, and you can manage Meta's ad personalisation in your Facebook ad preferences. Any browser-level "Do Not Track" or cookie-blocking tool will also work; we do not override those settings.
Google and Meta process some of this data outside Australia (mostly in the United States and the EU). Under Australian Privacy Principle 8 we tell you so.
Who we share your contact details with
Nobody. We don't sell, rent, or share your email, phone, or business name with third parties. Aggregate analytics signals (above) are a separate, narrower stream and never contain those fields.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it, or until we shut the waitlist down — whichever comes first. If we launch in your state and you sign up as a customer, that data moves into your account; if you never sign up, we delete waitlist records when we close intake for your state.
Your rights
Under the Australian Privacy Principles you have the right to:
- Ask what we hold on you.
- Ask us to correct it.
- Ask us to delete it.
Just email hello@tidybase.au and we'll handle it within a few days.
